Quality, integrity, and commitment have been, and still remain today, the guiding principles of Williams Earth Sciences, Inc. (Williams). Through the dedication and commitment of its founders and employees, Williams has grown to become one of the few firms specializing in geotechnical engineering and construction inspection training. We made a conscious decision to be an “expert” in one discipline rather than “good” at many things. Simply put, Williams wants to be “Your Geotechnical Authority.” History Founded in 1992, with a history dating back over 30 years, Williams Earth Sciences has been constantly challenged as a result of the progression of American industry and vigorous development. To keep pace with and meet the challenges and demands of our clients, we have experienced steady growth, both in size and technical expertise. Now numbering over 85 engineers, geologists and supporting personnel, we provide services throughout Florida, from our offices in Largo, Panama City, Jacksonville and Pompano Beach, , Ft. Myers, Sanford, Florida. Stability Williams has the personnel, equipment and financial resources that translate into “stability” for our clients. We own, not lease, one of the most extensive arrays of investigative equipment in the state. This, coupled with a stable key technical and professional staff, excellent financial standing and insurance, enables us to provide a degree of comfort to clients rarely achieved by similar-sized firms. Client Satisfaction Williams has developed a reputation for not only achieving but often exceeding the expectations of our clients through a dedication to quality and excellence that permeates the entire organization. This dedication to customer satisfaction is probably best illustrated by the fact that 95% of our business is from repeat, satisfied clients.
