Requirements for Qualification:
It is the responsibility of each student to understand the
requirements for qualification, in the areas they are seeking
qualification, and to select and attend the appropriate courses
and/or examinations/proficiencies. It is incumbent upon the
student to review the
FDOT Construction
Training Manual
to determine exactly what is required prior to
registration. Additional help in determining qualification
requirements may be directed to the CTQP Administrator -
www.ctqpflorida.com.
Payment:
Williams will accept MasterCard and Visa Credit and Debit cards
and Company checks for tuition. Payment should be received by Williams 10 days prior to the class in order to reserve a space in the class. Checks should be mailed to Williams Earth Sciences, Attn: Training Dept., 10600 Endeavour Way, Largo FL 33777. Please make checks payable to Williams Earth Sciences, Inc. and refer to the
class and class date on the check.
A $35.00 Returned Check Fee will be assessed for any returned
check.
Student Cancellation Policy: Refunds are made in the form
of a credit towards a future Session and are valid for one year
from the date of issue. To receive a full
credit, cancellations must be made no less than 7 days in
advance of the Session scheduled date. For
cancellations made with less than 7 days cancellation notice (in
writing via US mail or e-mail) or 'no show', will
result in a charge of $300.00. For 'exam' only or
'proficiency' only sessions, failure
to provide notice of cancellation prior to within 7
days of the course or as a “no show” will result in a charge of
$50.00 being assessed.
Course Cancellation Policy: Williams reserves the right
to cancel a course due to low registration or acts of God,
such as hurricanes, etc. In the event Williams cancels a course,
a full credit or refund of funds whichever is desired, will be
issued. Williams is not responsible for non-refundable travel fares or
lodging deposits.
Privacy Policy: This privacy policy covers
Williams Earth Sciences treatment of personally identifiable
information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our
services. This policy also applies to Williams treatment of any personally
identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy
does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or
to people that we do not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our
pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business
partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server
logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the
page you requested.
We may use this information for three general purposes: to customize the content
you see, to fulfill your requests for certain services and information, and to
contact you.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We
will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or
people when:
(1) we have your consent to share the information;
(2) we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have
requested;
(3) we need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of
DalmoWorks to provide a product or service to you
(unless we tell you
differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally
identifiable information we
provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist
us);
(4) we respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
(5) we find that your actions on our web sites violate the above terms of
service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific
products or services.
